Kate joined the private client team in Swindon in March 2022 having worked previously for over five years as a fee earner in the busy private client team of another regional firm. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Kate is dedicated to providing her clients with a professional service but with an empathic approach. She understands that many clients who seek advice in relation to private client matters are experiencing difficult times in their personal lives and need care and patience to navigate and support them through these situations.

Kate has previously given presentations on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Wills to residents and staff at various residential and care homes.  She is passionate about increasing awareness of the importance of having these documents in place to avoid uncertainty and future problems for relatives and friends.
